Print out your return label and paste it on your parcel.
Request for a pickup via email to email@example.com or by phone at 070ESSENZA from Monday to Saturday 9.00am - 4.00pm. . You can also apply for pickup via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All pickups will be scheduled via phone call.
Returns are subject to shipping fees.
You received a damaged or incomplete order?
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to Customer Service within 72 hours of delivery. Contact Essenza customer service by email at email@example.com or by phone at 07062277470 from Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 6pm. For damaged items, we may insist that you send a picture of damaged or defective product.
Refunds and Exchanges are processed within 3-7 business days upon receipt of the returned product.
All refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.
Shipping fees are not refundable once the order has shipped.
Promotional Terms & Conditions:When promotional items are included in the original transaction, it MUST be returned along with the order or the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.
