How do i place an order ?

Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:

Click on ADD TO CART to add this product to your cart

Click on Cart in the top right corner


Register an account or Login into your existing account by entering your Email and password >> Enter your shipping/billing information, ensuring your address is complete and accurate >> Choose Delivery Method >> Door Delivery or Pickup Station >> Choose your preferred Payment Method >> Click on CONFIRM ORDER to complete your order.

Once your order is placed, we will either automatically confirm it, or we will call you for confirmation in case we need more details. (Please note that this confirmation is a mandatory step before we ship your order)

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

We'll send you an email once your order has been confirmed. You can check the status of your order anytime by following the simple steps below:

Log in to your Essenza account

Click on My Account in the top right corner of the Essenza homepage (Your name will appear here if you're logged in)

Click on Orders on the left panel

Click to see more details of the item

This will show the status of your product

Are all products on Essenza original and genuine?

Yes. We are committed to offering our customers only 100% genuine and original products. We make a lot of effort to ensure all products listed on is quality and supplied from the brands

If I return an item, when will I receive my refund or exchange?

If you have requested a refund or an exchange on a returned item, it will be processed within 5-7 working days upon receipt of the returned product.

All refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.

Shipping fees are not refundable once the order has shipped.

Promotional Terms & Conditions: When promotional items are included in the original transaction, it MUST be returned along with the order or the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount

Can my package be delivered to an office address?

Yes, your package can be delivered to any address that suits you. Simply enter your preferred address as the delivery address when placing your order.

What do I do if an item is damaged, defective or missing?

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to Customer Service within 72 hours of delivery and will be resolved within 7 working days. We may insist that you send a picture of the damaged product or return it to us before any action can be taken.

For defective items, on receipt of the item, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Unit to verify claims and feedback will be given within 7 working days.
