Delivering your goods to you swiftly and safely is so important to us. We value every single customer that's why we trust our deliveries to our carefully selected courier. It's also why we ask that your order be signed for, if you cannot be there then please let us know if you have an alternative i.e. colleague, neighbor etc.
Important information:
- Free pick up in stores after 48 working hours of placing order
- Customer must sign for all orders upon receipt. At delivery, the customer must ascertain that the order is correct and delivered in good condition before signing.
- Essenza is not responsible for any damages caused after delivery.
- Essenza bears no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
- All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
- The delivery time starts after an order has been processed and our logistics associate makes a first attempt to deliver to you.
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been shipped.
