How do I return an order?
Items must be in original packaging. Exchanges or refunds will not be given on any opened, used, damaged or worn products.
Place the item, purchase receipt and the return slip in the parcel.
Print out your return label and paste it on your parcel.
Request for a pickup via email to info@essenza.ng or by phone at 070ESSENZA from Monday to Saturday 9.00am - 4.00pm. . You can also apply for pickup via email to info@essenza.ng. All pickups will be scheduled via phone call.
Returns are subject to shipping fees.
You received a damaged or incomplete order?
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to Customer Service within 72 hours of delivery. Contact Essenza customer service by email at info@essenza.ng or by phone at 0700ESSENZA from Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 6pm. For damaged items, we may insist that you send a picture of damaged or defective product.

Refunds and Exchanges are processed within 3-7 business days upon receipt of the returned product.
All refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.
Shipping fees are not refundable once the order has shipped.
